This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Sue, the 'French Queen' costume creator:
This dress was sewn using OOP Simplicity pattern 3637. I modified the bodice into a vest and added my own trim styling. This was sewn with an upholstery embroidered fabric.
