This homemade costume for kids entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Gina, the 'Ghost' costume creator:
My 6 1/2 old boy is waring his design idea costume.
The costume is made with 8 layes of tutu fabric and LED lights attached by hand on one of the fabric layer.
It toke me 5 hours to do it and it cost us around 65$ to make it.
LED are quite expensive.
We received a lot of good complements yesterday!!
We did not to care about lost our son in the dark :)
