This homemade costume for men entered our 2011 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tim, the 'Halo Reach' costume creator:
Im wearing the costume, the costume was first design in a 3d program by my friend will I made paper templates from that 3d file, then used eva foam mats from harbor frieght to make the suit the helmet I made using paper and a 2 part casting resing call smothcast 320 then bondo and body filler to get the detail down there are multiple leds in the suit
