This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Janet, the 'Headless Ghost Girl' costume creator:
My daughter Laila Lugo is a Halloween baby and insisted on a headless ghost girl. This is her 2017 costume and 11th birthday. While researching in the internet me and her father decided to construct it using houshold items like wire hangers, an old sweat shirt and tape...only dressing a total of $2. We built the bodice stuffing it with paper and throwing on an old wedding dress.
