This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rachel, the 'Ice Cream Cone' costume creator:
Our 5 month old is dressed as an ice cream cone with whipped cream and a cherry on top.
To make the costume:
Cone- felt and fabric marker
Ice cream- opaque tights, stuffing, and pipe cleaners for sprinkles
Whipped cream and cherry hat- felt, styrofoam ball and pipe cleaner
