Lady Luck Costume

I created this look with a foam board from lowes. Then attached fabric to the board. I then attached LED lighting to the outer/ inner edge of the board. I used Velcro to secure the game pieces to the table. The hat was decorated by hot glueing cards to the outer edge. I cut peddles out of the cards and glued them together to create a flower and attached it to the top of the hat. LED lighting was attached to the outer edge of the hat. The dress and purse was purchased and decorated with poker chips and gems. The overall cost of the costume was $180.00.
