This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Heidi, the 'Little Orphan Annie' costume creator:
My 7 Month-old daughter Ellis is wearing this darling Annie costume. Ellis was born with Red hair so I was looking for a costume that would celebrate red hair. And of course with my love for musicals, Annie was the perfect fit. I bought a plain red dress, shortened the sleeves and added white trim, collar and sash. I tailored an adult sized wig to fit her baby-sized head. Add bobby socks and black mary-janes and we ended up with the cutest little baby version of Annie ever.
