This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jenn, the 'Lollipop Guild' costume creator:
Maybre Falkenhain, my daughter, is wearing the costume. I hand made the skirt out of an old t-shirt. The tights were bought white and then I used dye to very carefully dye the stripes. I hand made the shoe covers and the collar out of felt. Her shirt was bought through a swap site and I cut it to resemble the lollipop guild shirts.
