This homemade costume for girls entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ariel, the 'Luna Lovegood' costume creator:
Me dressed as Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter. I bought the robe, tie, and glasses online and used the pants, shirt, and vest that I already had. I printed a copy of the Quibbler from a picture I found online and made the necklace from an old cork and yarn. My mom carved and stained the wand from a stick we found in our yard. Total cost was around $30.
