This homemade costume for men entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Robert, the 'MK Armageddon Raiden' costume creator:
All hand made, inclcuding weaving the hat, fromm craft foam a and cardboard. Using hot glue, and contact cement. The lightening effect made with EL wiring and the eye illupmination effect with LED's attached to a head band apparatus made froman old pair of wrap around head phones.
The under part is an old TKD uniform.
