This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Marsha, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
Roslyn, 11 months
She is wearing a homemade peacock designed costume. The skirt is made by fluff boa, the tail is made from feathers from hobby lobby with ribbon attaching the tail for easy removal when child doesn't need it on.
