This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Maria, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
My 2 year daughter Arianna wearing a handmade peacock costume by me. I used different color tulle and hot glued it to an old black skirt, and painted black feathers to give peacock color look. The headband was made using teal elastic and i hot glued a black feather pad and then a peacock eye feather onto it.
