This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Becky, the 'Popcorn Bucket' costume creator:
My almost 3 year old wanted to be a popcorn bucket for Halloween this year. So after searching around on the internet and getting ideas on how to make the costume, this is what we have. The material is all felt, and the popcorn is made from insulation foam. Being that it is cooler out to go trick or treating tonight, I am going to buy a white hat and glue more popcorn on that so his head stays warm, and stays in costume.
