This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Natalie, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
I had my daughter Mia go as raggedy ann for her first halloween. I used a sports laundry bag cut it to fit my daughters head then took elastic out of some Hanes underwear and sewed it to the laundry bag hat and I used yarn to Make the wig. I just used white fabric and red ribbon for the apron and ordered the striped leggings through buybuybaby.
