This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Debra, the 'Rocky Balboa' costume creator:
My 2 1/2 year old son Leo loves watching the Rocky workout scene, so he requested to be Rocky for Halloween. We got some gray sweats and sweatshirt. I cut the sleeves off the sweatshirt, and the bottom of pants. We wrote Italian Stallion in permanent marker on the back. I had a zip up hoodie to go under the sweatshirt. We had black Converse and a black hat. Then we just wrapped his hands in sports tape. We played the Rocky theme "Gonna Fly Now" as he walked, and he had a Rocky keychain that played 6 lines from the movie.
