Romantic Dinner for Two Costume

hi im the one who was wearing the costume in the pictures bellow , the concept its fancy dinner for two people with my head in the middle also in the plates a brain , a heart and some vegetables , and as apetiser some eyes and fingers .
it took me 3 days to compet my costume since everything had to be gluwed to the table because i went out to a club in montreal for contest and i won the 1st price .
