This homemade costume for men entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Matt, the 'The Fisherman' costume creator:
I am wearing this costume! The idea came to me as I was fishing with my nephew. I thought it would be a cool juxtaposition to include both the fisherman and the fish in one costume! I cut each scale by hand out of vinyl fabric and attached them to a body suit! I then hand painted them and attached a yellow rainsuit to the opposite side for the fisherman!
