This homemade costume for men entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jason, the 'The Dictator' costume creator:
This is The Dictator track outfit from the opening scene of the movie. I ordered the track singlet and shorts from a online sports store supplier, then had the country Wadiya (where he was from in the movie) printed on the singlet. For the country flag, I went to a fabric store and bought the colors and sewed them together. For the wig and beard set I ordered it offline and trimmed it to make it look like General Aladeen in the film.
