This homemade costume for women entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alysha, the 'Ursula the Sea Witch' costume creator:
I wore a black corset and an 8-pointed black skirt, with purple tights for the under-tentacle effect. Sculpted a seashell out of Model Magic (I had some lying around) and spray painted it bronze-ish. Red lip, blue eyeshadow, strong brow, beauty mark, red nails, and that white hair color spray junk that costs $1/can. And don't underestimate the importance of *body language.*
