This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kaitlyn, the 'Vaporeon Pokemon' costume creator:
Vaporeon has been my favorite pokemon since I was a kid! It is hard to do an exact replica of the pokemon, so I designed version of it I thought would be recognizable but still human looking. I created this costume from scratch, it took me about 3.5 months. It is made from Foam, Worbla, Paint and organza fabric.
I sculpted and painted all the armor pieces and bought a plushie to be my pokemon friend.
