Victoria Costume

I am wearing my own costume design. It was inspired by bramstoker dracula. I used 4 yards of gold embroidered netting/tulle and 3 yards gold patterned chiffon. First I used the draping technique to design the shape then used a singer sewing machine to sew 3 layers together. I also used gold rope to wrap around the bodice for a grecian style and weaved gold silk roses on the straps. My make-up is done by me using Wolfe and Ben Nye products. I am also wearing a long curly wig and sclera red and black contacts. I designed the dracula teeth using molding. My crown is made by me of white gems, gold branches and gold roses. My jewelry is gold armbands and a coffin ring. Courtesy of novelty jewelry finds. The cost of my fabric was 70 dollars. The total cost of this costume to make with all the pieces was a little less than 200 dollars
