This homemade costume for boys entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Aaron, the 'Halo Master Chief' costume creator:
This is my son Cael who LOVES Halo. We had a friend make the pieces of armor with a machine that makes forms from molds. We then riveted the pieces together and using velcro and buckles, made a Master Chief.
He loves the costume and its nearly indestructible. The guy who made the pieces sells it! He will even paint it in any color.
