Hansel and Gretel Costume

To begin, my name is Gretel and my daughter's middle name is Gretel. So, I hear where is Hansel all the time. Since we had a son and daughter I thought it would be cute to dress them up as Hansel and Gretel. The pieces began to fall in place when we just happened to have an authentic pair of lederhosen my husband received from his step-great grandma who was from Germany when he was a little boy. Then, looking at my Hansel and Gretel book from my childhood "Gretel" was wearing a red dress. So, we put our daughter in a dress of mine from when I was a little girl. So, that made our "Hansel and Gretel"
