This store bought costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Borislava, the 'Happy Clown in Town' costume creator:
I always wanted to be Clown family for Halloween!
At first, my daughter was skeptical to be a clown.
She said: Mommy, everybody would laugh at me...
I said: No honey, you would make everybody happy and smiley...
She said: Yes, mammy. I want to make people HAPPY!
So after this conversation, she was so excited about her costume and make people HAPPY!
