This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lourdes, the 'Harley Quinn' costume creator:
I came out with this last minute emergency costume being the one I ordered didn't come in on time . I cut up some old jeans and had to draw on my tattoos with black eye liner being nothing came in on time as promised. I already had the shirt as pajamas which I made holes on. Did my makes up .. 2 pick tales .. spray painted my hair pink and blue. Spends about 15 bucks total !
