This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Shelby, the 'Harley Quinn' costume creator:
I really wanted to make the famous hammer Harley Quinn uses, so I based my costume from there. I used two bathroom trash cans and glued them together with a curtain rod and taped away with red and black duct tape. I also had lots of fun with the makeup!
