Harley Quinn and the Joker Costume

My boyfriend and I planned to be Harley Quinn and the Joker this year, but wanted to give it a professional look. I prefer classic Harley, so pieced together a Arkham style corset with queen of hearts leggings and other accessories I already owned. He wore a work suit, but we invested a LOT in hair and makeup. I think this experience gave him new insight into the struggles of wearing eyeliner!) for the smaller details we used an eyeliner liquid pen versus a brush tip, and it worked great.
