This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.

My 19 month old identical twin boys went as Harry and Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber. I made the Mutt Cutts vehicle myself. I transformed their wagon using Velcro and a lot of safety pins.
