This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mike, the 'Harry & Lloyd - Dumb and Dumber' costume creator:
Inspired by the movie, Dumb and Dumber. These are my twin boys wearing matching orange and blue store bought tuxedos. The Mutt Cutts car was made entirely from scratch. Has a wood frame underneath covered in old carpet. A few pieces are from an old kids motorized car. The headlights work, and as an added touch we have a blue tooth speaker playing songs from the soundtrack of the movie. This costume was a big hit everywhere we went and the boys did well posing for many photos.
