A word from Chelsea, the 'Harry Potter & Dobby' costume creator:
My 4 year old daughter wanted to be the girl version of Harry Potter for Halloween & insisted that I be Dobby the Elf! Her costume is from Spirit Halloween, her candy basket is handmade by me, as well as my costume!
