This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Clare, the 'Hawaiian Snow Globe' costume creator:
I got this idea online (cant remember where from). It took me about 2 weeks to make all by myself. I even cut a little door in the side so i could get my drinks in to me throughout the night!
