This homemade costume for women entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Suzan, the 'Head in a Freezer' costume creator:
I am wearing the costume which was all handmade by my husband and myself! It probably cost $100 or so total to make..lots of cardboard, some wood, hot glue and silver paint. I walked around in this thing all night and it was REALLY heavy!!
