This homemade costume for girls entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Hillary, the 'Headless Child' costume creator:
My 8 year old daughter Tessa is wearing the costume. We had an old manaquin that we used as the prop and strapped it onto her back and had her head come out the front. Her 12 year old sister Carly did the mark-up!
