This homemade costume for girls entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Headless Girl' costume creator:
My 4 yr old grandaughter dressed as headless girl. I got the idea ornline. We cut a hole in front for her head to stick through and made a torso out of cardboard and taped it on her shoulders and made fake arms to hold her head up. She loved it!!
