This homemade costume for kids entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.

Navy Stander is sporting the headless horseman outfit. This outfit is made of a black and red cape over football pads. This supports the sparking red stump for the neck. There is a lacey insert for the wearer to look through and a stuffed gloved arm supports the lighted pumpkin head.
