This homemade costume for girls entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Flint, the 'Headless Lady' costume creator:
The "Lady" is actually my 7 year old daughter. We found a vintage dress at a thrift store, and I used PVC and foam pool noodles to create the upper false body. We used a backpack to strap the body on to her back and shoulders. We got the hands from a custom store, and the rest is make-up and fake blood.
