This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ruby, the 'Headless Steampunk Zombie' costume creator:
I am wearing a headless body, made from duct tape, then paper mache' over it. the body fit on my back and shoulders with a book bag and boards. the clothes was all made or altered by me to fit my them. latex, tissue, cotton balls & paper was used to enhance the body wounds and do the face. the wig was shaved down and put on bald cap, with latex over to give it that look.
