This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Mallory, the 'Pickles the Merhog' costume creator:
My 3 year old hedgehog, Pickles, sporting a hand made felt mermaid tail. She's surrounded by underwater props from shells to aquarium plants. The breeder I got her from puts on a costume contest and this year we thought to expand and try our luck in other contests. Pickles loves snacks and cuddles.
