Hei Hei Costume

This is my 18 month old Killian, wearing a homemade HeiHei costume. I lowtemp glue gunned feather boa sections to a sweater with blue fabric panels sewn on the bottom, and hand sewed the pants together from a bright yellow long sleeve shirt with more blue feather boa sections glued to it. I painted a pair of plain shoes with yellow acrylic paint. The hat is made from floral foam sphere cut in half and painted like eyes. Overall cost for the costume was around $50.
