Herbert and Hilda Costume

Herbert and Hilda (Jase and Jessi) are our elderly 21 month old twins. They are "old souls"! We came across the idea on Pinterest and thought we would try it. My husband bought some PVC pipe to make the walkers. We spray painted them silver and used the dogs tennis balls for the wheels. We used all the kids clothes they already had and bought some cheap glasses on Amazon. I found an old wig that was too stretched out to wear and cut a couple clumps of hair out of it and hot glued them into the shower cap. That was it! Easy, cheap and adorable!
