This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Evie, the 'Highlander' costume creator:
My son D. Earlier in the year while attending the St. Patrick's day Parade he saw the kilts and bagpipes. From there he was hooked. All he wanted was to be a highlander for Halloween.
I purchased the fabric on clearance ended up only being $2. Sewed onto a pair of his black shorts that he could wear with or with out sweatpants. Depending on weather.
