This homemade costume for pets entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jud, the 'Hobbs the Pirate' costume creator:
The costume is has a velcro stap that goes around his neck. Satin and felt cloth were used.The back ground ship is painted card board with painted.barrels, mast, clouds etc glued to the board to create the look of a ship.
