This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ami, the 'Hobo' costume creator:
This is my 22 month old Son in his Hobo outfit that we just threw together at home. We did actually order the shopping cart off line for this outfit idea to make it more fun.... so we still came out with with $28 bucks for a homemade costume lol
