This homemade costume for women entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Becky, the 'Hollow Monster' costume creator:
This is me wearing my design for a monster in the book 'Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children'. I made the tentacles out of liquid latex, which included sculpting them, coating them with lots of latex, painting them, and lots of time and money.
