This homemade costume for men entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Louis, the 'Homer D. Poe' costume creator:
I made this for me.
I sculpted it from laminated foam sheets.
Paper mâché then foam and sand for skin color.
There is a fan built into the top of the hat for cooling.
Also an aftermarket car backup camera lens in the mouth with the screen inside so I can see.
