This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Horse Pony' costume creator:
This is Angel, the most patient sweetheart of a dog. I made her head halter out of ribbons and key chain rings. I combined this with a 6" real miniature saddle and stirrups. The saddle blanket I made out of fleece with ribbon with fluff balls which I hot-glued to the fleece. I clipped her hair to look as much like a horse as possible. Luckily she has the feet of a horse. Also added the ribbon and fleece to the base of her tail.
