This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jacqueline, the 'Hot Air Balloon' costume creator:
Gabriel wanted to be a hot air balloon. His dad James showed him three pictures in a magazine of different costumes and Gabriel, two years old, picked a hot air balloon. James got to work. Finding a basket small and light enough was a challenge.
