This homemade costume for pets entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Celie, the 'Hot Dog Cart' costume creator:
Holly is a 6 year old dachshund (weinerdog). I made her costume out of foam board, felt and hot dog squeeky toys.
