This homemade costume for pets entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Barbara, the 'Hula Girl' costume creator:
Annabelle borrowed this outfit from her bulldog friend. That friend's human grandparents took a trip to Hawaii and brought back this cute little outfit. It has a lei, a grass skirt, and our favorite piece, the coconut bikini top! Annabelle was totally rocking the Hula Girl costume!
