This homemade costume for boys entered our 2020 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rachel, the 'Hulk Hogan' costume creator:
My 3 year old son Brady, is a huge wrestling fan and Hulk Hogan is his favorite. What better opportunity than Halloween to dress up as Hulk Hogan. I bought most of the pieces on amazon. Boa, mustache, sunglasses, and boot covers all came from amazon. He had red pants, we bought a Hulkamania bandana from Wwe store and made the shirt with the help of my cousin and her circuit. He was so excited and now as an all year dress up costume to wear.
